Flea and Tick Treatment/Preventative

We attempt to limit the amount of chemicals that our dogs are exposed to.  Our dogs have a very low risk of exposure to fleas and ticks, therefore we do not routinely provide oral or topical prophylactic flea and tick medications for our shih tzus. Please discuss flea and tick treatment options with your trusted veterinarian and read about any recommended products before purchasing/using them. It is important to take into account your dog's risk of exposure when considering the use of these medications.

As of July 2019, the only prescription flea and tick preventative that we provide to our dogs is Bravecto.
